Disciplinary Committee

The Disciplinary Committee is constituted to maintain a safe, orderly, and value-based academic environment within the institution. The committee promotes discipline, ethical conduct, mutual respect, and adherence to college rules and regulations, enabling students to develop responsibility, professionalism, and good citizenship.

Responsibilities of the Committee

• Maintain and enforce discipline throughout the college campus.
• Ensure that all students wear valid Identity Cards while on the campus and in classrooms.
• Issue warnings and take appropriate action for violations of the dress code or classroom discipline.
• Conduct enquiries into cases of misconduct and recommend suitable disciplinary measures.
• Enforce the prohibition of mobile phone usage in classrooms.
• Monitor student movement during working hours and prevent unnecessary loitering.
• Ensure silence and proper conduct in the library.
• Maintain discipline in the canteen and student waiting areas.
• Recommend recovery of damages and disciplinary action for any destruction of college property.
• Promote discipline, responsibility, and ethical behaviour among students.
